Connected account credentials and authorization tokens are stored securely. Consent is voluntary, is granted separately for each account, and can be withdrawn by disconnecting the account. Our automated processes are intended to access relevant financial communications—not personal email unrelated to these services.

ACCOUNT DELETION

You may request deletion of an account through the support section of the Investnama app. Following a valid request, we delete associated information—such as profile, investment, transaction, reward, referral, statement, and OAuth-session data—unless retention is required by law or another legitimate obligation.
You may instead request temporary deactivation or archival. Access remains blocked until you request reactivation through support@investnama.com and complete the required process.
